Provide the highest levels of customer service by coaching and guiding store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction.Lead the store’s success by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.Care for our colleagues: create a safe environment, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and lead the team around you.Develop people through upward growth, internal opportunities, and development of their current roles.Protect the pounds: guide a team that is passionate about our goals, and ensure they understand how they contribute to the store''s commercial objectives.Adopt a strategic approach to sales, shrink, and service to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.About our Behaviours
