What They Are Looking For:Proven management experience in hospitality (coffee, café, or restaurant), with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.

Genuine passion for coffee and the ability to deliver the highest quality coffee experiences.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Commercial awareness with experience in PandL management, driving sales, and achieving targets.

A hands-on approach, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards across service, quality, and team performance.
