Key ResponsibilitiesStore Management - Oversee daily running of the branch to ensure smooth, efficient performanceTeam Leadership - Motivate, coach, and support staff to achieve their bestCustomer Service - Provide outstanding service to both trade and retail customersSales Performance - Achieve targets and maximise store profitabilityMerchandising - Maintain high presentation standards across the storeStock Control - Monitor stock, manage ordering, and maintain availabilitySupplier Relations - Build strong working relationships with suppliers and customersHealth and Safety - Ensure compliance at all timesMulti-Site Support - Provide cover and support across two branches when requiredCash Handling - Oversee opening/closing, cashing up, and reportingWhat We''re Looking ForRetail Store Management Experience - Ideally within paint, hardware, decorating, builders'' merchants or trade retailStrong Store Manager leadership and communication skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilityCustomer-focused, proactive, and confident in a busy environmentReliable, flexible, and able to adapt quicklyPOS, IT and stock ..... full job details .....
