You will be responsible for achieving the store''s targets through promoting a sales culture, building and inspiring a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will model selling skills, coach and develop your team, and adopt a proactive approach to sales management.Responsibilities

Achieve store targets by promoting the sales culture in-store.Lead and develop a customer-first team; coach and inspire staff.Ensure compliance with company instructions, policies and processes.Control costs, payroll, shrinkage and expenses; plan and organise operational activities.Reflect brand and culture; lead by example and foster pride and performance that exceeds expectations.Requirements

An excellent track record of successfully achieving KPIs.Experience managing the commercial performance of a store.Experience leading store teams.Experience with target-setting and interpreting business data.Ability to inspire, coach and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.Proven track record of delivering amazing customer experiences.Clear passion for products and ability to understand customers'' needs.A competitive spirit.Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities (e.g., recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trading standards).What’s next
