Store Manager

Our client is looking for a strong, commercial manager to take over their store in Aberdeen. The Store Manager is the primary leader responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences. They lead by example, motivating and developing their team to achieve clearly defined targets on furniture sales and essential attachments. They understand that the customer is at the heart of everything they do and have the natural ability to continually grow their team''s capability to enable them to meet our customers'' high expectations.
