This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding retail business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement in the Tiling industry.Duties and Responsibilities: To lead and manage the day to day operations of the office and warehouse teamTo ensure goods are despatched and received by customers on time and accurate to the orderTo provide an industry leading service which is cost effective, compliant with all current legislation, and as safe as reasonably practicableTo manage the main warehouse staff so they perform their functions efficiently and effectivelyEnsure branch is opened and closed on time and staffed to a satisfactory level, managing the rota and holidays. Recording absence in the correct manner.To provide front line customer service for customer orders, refunds and complaintsTo ensure customer complaints are resolved in a cost-effective way whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionTo ensure invoices and payments are made on time (including wages)Lead the direction and motivation of staff to create a driven and engaged workforceLead first line response (eg. challenge and report if necessary) to disciplinary or performance issues and monitor and engage to tackle issues at early ..... full job details .....
