      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are looking for an experienced Store Manager  for a National Schoolwear retailer in Oxford to lead the day-to-day operations in a busy store.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering exceptional customer service, managing team performance, and achieving operational and financial targets.      Key Responsibilities      Manage stock control and inventory levels.   Maintain excellent shop floor and stockroom standards.   Lead and support branch supervisors.   Manage branch financial responsibilities, including staffing budgets, petty cash, and contractor costs.   Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
