Lead your team to deliver both individual and team objectives, driving revenue while delivering a great customer experience.Communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and store support.Foster a high-performance culture focused on financial and behavioural KPIs and capitalise on new retail opportunities.Lead by example with exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.Build strong relationships with customers and the community to drive loyalty among first-time visitors.Qualifications / Requirements

Experience leading large teams in a retail environment, with a track record of achieving commercial results.Self-driven and proactive mindset with a talent for coaching and developing others.Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate strategy effectively.What’s In It For You?
