Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development: Motivate your team to deliver their best, foster positivity and excellence, build a collaborative team, address employee relations, support ongoing learning and development, communicate openly and clearly, and provide your team with the tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping, prioritise health and safety, recruit and develop top talent.Sales and Performance: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, embed loss prevention processes, and use commercial insights to manage budgets and drive results.Customer Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional service, address customer feedback, represent Mountain Warehouse professionally, and build community connections.
