Leading fashion brand are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the retail team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Specializing in fashion accessories our store combines style, service, and trend-forward offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet sales and service goals
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client interactions professionally
  • Monitor sales performance, manage targets, and report on KPIs
  • Ensure effective inventory control and stock management
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (preferably in fashion or beauty)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
  • A strong sense of style and awareness of current fashion and beauty trends
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
