Your Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Lead the successful opening and day-to-day running of the new Birmingham store

• Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Manage all retail operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong sales and profitability

• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training to create a motivated and skilled team

• Maintain excellent store standards in line with brand expectations

• Adapt quickly to the challenges and opportunities of a new store launch and peak trading periods

About You:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in senior retail management, ideally including new store openings

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and team development

• Hands-on, proactive approach to driving sales and operational excellence

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment and achieving targets
