About the Role - Store Manager
This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You''ll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:

• Leading your team from the front
• Delivering brilliant customer service every day
• Achieving retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
• Planning rotas, managing payroll, and overseeing stock integrity
• Maintaining a fun, fast, clean, and safe store environment
• Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
• Bringing energy, structure, and passion to the retail floor

What You''ll Need:

• Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• A track record of driving commercial results through great people management
• Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Visual merchandising experience is a bonus
