This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about sustainability, community engagement, and supporting a meaningful cause.What you’ll be doing:Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the storeLeading, developing, and inspiring a team of staff and volunteersDriving sales and maximising profit to support the charity’s vital servicesCreating a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant shop atmosphereManaging stock generation, visual merchandising, and store standardsBuilding strong connections within the local communityWhat we’re looking for:Retail management experience (charity retail experience is desirable but not essential)A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skillsProven ability to hit targets and use commercial acumen to drive performanceA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independentlyPassion for the charity sector and making a differenceWhat’s in it for you?A competitive salary of
