Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of volunteers and staff
- Drive donations and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and shop standards
- Monitor performance, meet sales targets, and maximise Gift Aid opportunities
- Create a positive, engaging, and innovative shop culture
- Proven retail management or strong assistant management experience, ideally within charity or fashion
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercially focused with a creative approach to boosting income
- Passionate about making a difference and engaging with the community
- Flexible to work weekends when required
