Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop
• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of volunteers and staff
• Drive donations and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and shop standards
• Monitor performance, meet sales targets, and maximise Gift Aid opportunities
• Create a positive, engaging, and innovative shop culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven retail management or strong assistant management experience, ideally within charity or fashion
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Commercially focused with a creative approach to boosting income
• Passionate about making a difference and engaging with the community
• Flexible to work weekends when required
