Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate team, creating an outstanding shopping experience, and driving store performance.Key Responsibilities

Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to implement effective sales strategies and promotions.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.Customer Focused: Maintain a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Bonmarché brand values.Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them grow within their roles.

What We’re Looking For
