You will play a vital role in ensuring the store looks fantastic, shelves are fully stocked, and every customer leaves with a smile. Whether you are on the shop floor, in the stockroom, or at the till, you will be key to the store''s daily success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent, friendly customer service by welcoming shoppers and helping them find what they need. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till points (cash and card handling). Replenish stock on the shop floor, ensuring products are displayed neatly and according to store guidelines. Assist with accepting and organizing daily deliveries in the stockroom. Help maintain excellent store standards by keeping the shop floor, fitting rooms, and staff areas clean and tidy. Support the management team with seasonal promotions, price markdowns, and visual merchandising updates. What Our Client is Looking For: A friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
