Storage Software Engineer Rate: £500 per day, Inside IR35 Location: Glasgow Working arrangement: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week onsite in Glasgow Contract length: To confirm IR35 status: Inside IR35 Your new company You will be joining a leading global financial services organisation within its technology function. The team is seeking a multi-talented Software Developer to design and develop highly available and scalable solutions supporting enterprise storage infrastructure and associated technology. Your new role This is a development-focused role combining strong programming capability with exposure to enterprise storage and Linux environments. You will design and develop solutions used to manage large-scale storage infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, alerting, auditing and inventory management. You''ll also contribute to the architecture and integration of storage solutions, work with third-party vendors, and develop in-house applications forming part of the wider technology platform. The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Glasgow, with a face-to-face interview in Glasgow forming a mandatory part of the interview process.
