It''s running - an offshore team handles the day-to-day - but the engineering isn''t finished. It needs tailoring properly into the environment, immutability and archive strategy still need designing out, and the choices made along the way by an engineer learning the product as he went deserve a proper review against best practice.The engineer who led that work is retiring. They need someone who already knows Rubrik at depth to pick it up, finish the job properly, and leave the platform in the shape it should have been in from the start. Whilst a permanent replacement is sought, a contractor needs to be brought in.This is an engineering role, not an operations one. If your Rubrik experience is running backups, rerunning failures and onboarding new clients, this isn''t the one - they already have that covered.
