Stone Snagger

Fomac agency require-experienced Stone Snaggers.The roles will be based on various sites in central London.-

- Pay rate negotiable (DOE)

Suitible candidates will have:

- Valid CSCS card

- Proven experience working as a stone snagger. Site Management or Similar.-Provides valuable insights into building practices and defect identification.-

- NVQ in The Built Environment is-beneficial-

- Thorough knowledge of building regulations and standards is essential

- Familiarity with typical snagging process and common defects found in new builds

- Knowledge of warranty provider standards

- Membership in Professional Bodies:-CIOB, RICS, or similar professional bodies beneficial- demonstrates a commitment to industry standards.-

- Right to work in the uk

- Available to start immediatley-
