With a proud legacy of service, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality homes and support that enables independence, dignity, and well-being for those who have served their country.The Role:To play a pivotal role in the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of data systems and performance reporting through benchmarking and data analysis. These activities support regulatory compliance, service delivery excellence across supported housing operations and strategic decision-making. This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of housing-related data, enabling The Foundation to monitor outcomes, optimise resource allocation, and demonstrate impact to stakeholders, including funders, regulators, and service users.Key Responsibilities:Work with IT and operational teams to validate, audit and improve the data in housing, property, support, fundraising, finance and all linked software.Maintain high levels of data integrity, quality, and completeness across all systemspromote best practices in data usage and system functionality.Respond to data-related queries and troubleshoot data issues.Collaborate with operational teams to champion data quality and continuousimprovement.Oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data from housing andsupport systems.Train staff on data entry, performance monitoring, and use of reporting tools.With direction, develop and maintain a suite of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) alignedwith strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to, but not limited to,tenancy sustainment, support outcomes, repairs, and resident satisfaction.Extract and analyse data for KPIs and statutory returns, with relevant commentary.Lead on the collection, analysis, and presentation of performance data to internal andexternal stakeholders.Produce regular performance reports and dashboards with commentary, for theExecutive, senior management, committees and Board.Person SpecificationProven experience in performance management, compliance, or quality assurance withinsupported housing or social care [Essential].Proven experience with housing or case management systems [Essential].Experience of Housing Benefit rules, rent and service charges, and exemptaccommodation [Essential].Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), benchmarking tools andplatforms (for example Acuity, HouseMark), and regulatory frameworks (for example,TSMs, NSE) [Essential].Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and performancedashboards [Essential].Collaborative approach with strong influencing and problem-solving skills [Essential].Staff benefits are:Healthcare Cash Back Plan– provided by Bupa, this scheme financially reimburses you for treatment costs (up to an annual limit) for everyday healthcare needs including dental and chiropractic treatments, physiotherapy and health screenings.Ride to Work Scheme– providing loans for bicycles and cycling equipment through our retail partner as a tax and National Insurance free benefit through salary exchange.Season Ticket Loans– staff can access an interest-free loan if they travel to and from work by public transport, paid back over 10 monthly instalments.Pension – the Social Housing Pension Scheme (SHPS) is available to all employees via salary exchange.
