Estates TechnicianLocation: Stoke-on-Trent, StaffordshireJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 120 - 140 per dayHours: NegotiableContract: Long Term and PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and skilled Estates Technician to join our team in the Stoke-on-Trent area.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our buildings and estates, helping to ensure that our facilities are safe, well maintained, compliant and fit for purpose.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has good practical skills and is comfortable working independently as well as as part of a wider estates team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across buildings and facilities.Undertake general repairs and maintenance, including basic plumbing, joinery, decorating and building works.Identify faults and arrange or undertake appropriate remedial works.Complete routine inspections and maintenance checks.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any outstanding issues.Work with contractors and external service providers when required.Assist with compliance checks and statutory maintenance requirements.Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.Support the wider Estates team with day-to-day facilities and maintenance requirements.About ..... full job details .....
