Stockroom Picking Assistant

Stockroom Picking Assistant Location: CrayfordHours: Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 16:00 (30-minute lunch) Friday, 07:00 - 11:15 Responsibilities of the Picking Assistant: Pick products against store picking list / works orders. Preparing kits for issue to the factory. Update stock room bin locations as required. Collate drivers in preparation for packing. Inspect drivers for quality and advise of any defects. Pack drivers in suitable bags/boxes. Print and label packed drivers as per sales order details. Reduce and keep to a minimum product and component overspill. Identification of damaged or faulty goods. Ensure the stockroom area is kept clean and tidy daily. Perform other general warehouse duties as required. Requirements of the Picking Assistant: Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role. Excellent communication and organisation skills. This role also involves the following physical requirements daily: Standing and/or walking for long periods of time. Lifting and moving products up to 15kg in weight. Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching throughout the shift.
