We''re recruiting a Stockroom Assistant to join a new sportswear and fashion pop-up store in Portsmouth.
Circa -25,000, depending on age and experience.

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent as the business continues to grow.

The Role

As a Stockroom Assistant, you''ll play an important role in keeping the stockroom organised and ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.
You''ll be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing deliveries
  
• Organising and maintaining the stockroom
  
• Moving stock between the stockroom and shop floor
  
• Replenishing stock throughout the day
  
• Supporting stock checks and inventory accuracy
  
• Preparing stock for the shop floor
  
• Keeping the stockroom clean, safe and organised
  
• Supporting the wider store team during busy trading periods

• Organised and reliable
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
• Physically able to move and handle stock
  
• Detail-focused with good attention to accuracy
  
• A strong team player
  
• Flexible with their availability
  
• Available to work weekends
  
• Available to start immediately
  
• Ideally interested in sportswear, fashion or retail
  

Previous stockroom or retail experience is helpful but not essential. We''re looking for someone with a great attitude who is organised, hardworking and enjoys being part of a busy team.
