Stock Team Leader - Bloom and Wild, Nuneaton 14.83 per hour + overtime (1.5x) Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 Immediate StartThe Best Connection is recruiting a Stock Team Leader for our client based in Nuneaton, Bermuda Park. This role involves leading a team of four Stock Controllers, ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, replenishment, and operational efficiency within a busy warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach and develop the stock team.Manage goods receiving, stock counts, replenishment and stock movements.Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems.Promote health and safety compliance.Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.Liaise with Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of warehouse Team Leader/Supervisory experience.Previous experience managing and motivating staff.WMS experience.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to undertake MHE training (Bendi Truck and PPT).Fluent English.Hours and Pay:Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 (40 hours per week) 14.83 per hourOvertime paid at 1.5x after 40 hoursThis position is initially offered through The Best Connection.
