The system is semi-automated, with products scanned into the warehouse, allocated to production jobs and then tracked through to despatch. You will play a key role in making sure the system is working correctly and that the information held on the system matches the physical stock. This is a hands-on and varied role, working across warehouse, production and despatch , helping to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensuring the new system and processes run as smoothly as possible. The Role Help drive the introduction and implementation of the Rubicon stock management system Check system stock against physical stock and investigate any discrepancies Carry out stock checks, reconciliations and regular audits Identify and resolve system and stock anomalies Monitor stock movements from goods-in through production to final despatch Work closely with warehouse, production and despatch teams to ensure stock is accurately recorded and allocated Help identify process iss...
