Stock, IT and Systems Controller

The Results People are recruiting for a Stock, IT and Systems Controller to join a successful and growing e-commerce business for our client based in Liverpool L30 area.Shifts and Pay rates:Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00£15.38/hourWe are looking for a highly organised, analytical and technically confident individual who can take ownership of stock accuracy, business systems and day-to-day IT support.This is a varied, hands-on position and would suit someone with a strong stock/inventory background who is also confident working with systems, data and workplace technology.Key Responsibilities:-Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies and variances.-Complete stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.-Monitor stock movements, transfers, returns and adjustments.-Produce stock reports and identify the causes of stock inaccuracies.-Support and maintain stock, ERP/WMS and other business systems.-Investigate system errors, data issues and process failures.-Provide first-line IT support for computers, printers, scanners, software and user access.-Set up equipment and system access for new starters.Liaise with external IT and software providers where required.-Identify opportunities to improve or automate stock and system processes.What We''re Looking For:-Previous experience in stock control, inventory management or a similar position.-Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory or stock management systems.-Strong general IT knowledge and confidence troubleshooting ..... full job details .....
