Your work will directly impact productivity across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate van stock levels for engineersControl stock of power tools, ladders, rigs, both on vans and in the warehouseIssue new equipment and uniforms to staff in a cost-effective mannerConduct routine van audits and resolve discrepanciesMaintain detailed and accurate stock records and databasesLiaise with external compliance bodies to ensure equipment registrationMonitor stock usage and recover unused partsSupport HSEQ requirements (e.g. first aid kits on vans)Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring correct costs and delivery timesResearch and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best valueCoordinate transport for engineers when requiredIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesWork collaboratively across departments to support business needsAbout YouWe''re looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a structured environment:Minimum 3 ..... full job details .....
