Stock Controller

Location: NorthamptonshirePay Rate: £12.71 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: Immediate Start AvailableContract: Temporary We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a well-established manufacturing site in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in stores, stock control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments.As a key member of the onsite team, you will play an important role in ensuring production and engineering departments have the parts, tools, consumables, PPE, and materials required to keep operations running smoothly. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to further develop their skills within a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend daily and weekly production and engineering meetings to understand operational priorities.Manage and maintain onsite stores and inventory processes.Monitor stock levels and ensure critical items are always available.Prepare and follow up on quotations and stock requests where required.Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and site personnel.Work closely with engineering, procurement, and facilities teams.Ensure stores management processes are followed consistently.Support stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.Plan and manage stock levels in line with site requirements.Identify opportunities for cost ..... full job details .....
