Stock Controller Location: Central Scotland Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experienceContract: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday RoleWorking Arrangement: Onsite About the Role We are recruiting for a Stock Controller to join a busy food manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to take ownership of stock control activities, purchasing administration, and inventory accuracy across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials are available when required, stock records remain accurate, and supplier relationships are effectively managed. The role combines office-based administration with hands-on stock management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate stock records across multiple storage locations. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks. Process stock movements and update the internal stock management system. Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability. Purchase packaging and raw materials from approved suppliers. Review supplier invoices and resolve any pricing or quantity discrepancies. Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, quality concerns, and other supply issues. Support the sourcing of new ingredients and packaging solutions alongside internal teams. Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure stock is stored safely and in line with company standards. ..... full job details .....
