Our client, a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Stonehouse, has an exciting new opportunity for a Stock Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to business growth and increased demand.The successful Stock Controller should have: Excellent organisation and attention to detailGood basic Excel and computer skillsThe ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environmentA reliable and proactive approach to workA positive attitude with a willingness to learn In this role, the Stock Controller will be responsible for: Distributing products and materials to the production line, including lifting up to 25kgMonitoring stock levels and stores activity to ensure products are available when requiredUpdating delivery dates, tracking information and stock records accuratelyConfirming deliveries and escalating any delays or issues where requiredMaintaining accurate spreadsheets and supporting the wider team with general logistics administration Our client is offering the successful Stock Controller a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking, 20 days holiday + paid Christmas break, brilliant annual company Christmas trip, full training, pension and brilliant onsite facilities.If you are an organised, reliable and detail-focused individual looking to develop your career within a stable engineering environment, apply now to chat through the opportunity further.
