Take ownership of the stock control function, making it your own and being responsible for the integrity of all stock on site. Main Duties • Order all stock to satisfy customer demand, including the Grey market, whilst keeping stock levels to company standards. • Ensure accuracy of goods in checking, the checking of delivery notes against po''s, and the accuracy of deliveries being booked onto the system. Raising any queries with suppliers in a timely manner. • Responsible for accurately matching deliveries against invoices, and querying any overcharges. • To manage and provide data to minimise obsolete stock. • Investigate and report on discrepancies losses and damages. • To continuously review methods and seek ways to implement best practice. • To evaluate systems and work with Company Distribution Manager to implement best practice • Responsible for controlling best before dates of all stock and minimising write offs. • Manage and clear all o...
