Stock Controller

Location: Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-2:00pm (22.5 hours per week) Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Consumables Stock Controller to join our client''s team at Cumberland Infirmary. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in stock control, warehousing or inventory management who is organised, accurate and enjoys working in a busy environment.

• Manage stock levels, inventory and ordering of consumables.
• Receive, check, store and rotate stock.
• Carry out regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Manage stock transfers, recalls, expired products and discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement and finance teams.
• Provide stock support to clinical teams.

• Minimum 3 years'' warehousing/inventory management experience.
• Strong stock control experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and administration skills.

• Previous NHS or healthcare experience.
• Warehouse management experience.
• Full UK driving licence, as occasional travel may be required.
