Stock Controller

CMS Stock Controller Based in Leicester and Derby Permanent role Full time or Part Time Hours: 37.5 hours or 20 hours per week Working for this leading services organisation you will be based in Derby Hospital, with occasional travelling for training to other sites. You will be responsible for the day to day management of stock/consumables based on those sites. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stock control and consumables warehousing and inventory management, ideally in the NHS. The role could suit a registered nurse or clinical professional looking for a change of career. The suitable candidate will have excellent communication skills as this role will be liaising with doctors and must be a very self sufficient individual able to work using their own initiative. Due to travel to other locations, a driving licence and car is required. Parking is either free or you are able to claim back parking costs Hours: We have a Full time AND a Part Time role available The key responsibilities will be the following: Day to day management of consumables on site Source non-stock products as required by the location Add or amend Supplier Account detail Add or amend product details on computer system. Set up inventory parameters to enable requisitions or direct ordering. Manage automatic and manual orders including non-stock Manage requisitions including non stock, raise and enter Purchase orders.
