To achieve the daily/weekly PI counting schedule- Liaise with management regarding all aspects of inventory control To control the stock returned to the depot- To assist with stock related customer queries and conduct investigations if required to maintain a high level of customer service. Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager. Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks) Experience / Skills required for the Stock Controller-role: Previous experience in a stock control or inventory role Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes.
