Location: Dartford Salary: 38,000.00 + bonus and benefitsSummary: An experienced and meticulous Stock Control Manager is required to oversee a team of 6 in a busy NDC in Dartford. Responsible for managing the inventory accuracy, PI counts and day to day stock variances while working closely with the Warehouse Layout and Optimisation Manager to optimise stock storage and picking performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage, motivate and develop a stock team ensuring a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in operationsOversee perpetual inventory counting and the resolution of any discrepanciesReport on any stock variancesWork closely with other Managers to improve receiving, picking performance and replenishment efficiency.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock control operationsProvide detailed reportsEnsure compliance with health and safety standards Experience: Previous experience in stock control or inventory management gained from a warehouse or distribution centre environmentStrong leadership skills and able to manage multiple teams across different shiftsProficient in WMS and ERP systems with advanced MS excelStrong knowledge of PI counting processes and stock auditingExcellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills.Processing Your Data Bis Henderson Recruitment is a leading provider of recruitment, interim management and consultancy services to the supply chain and logistics industry.
