Stock Condition Team Leader

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Home Condition to lead a team of surveyors responsible for delivering high-quality property assessments that support asset investment planning and energy efficiency objectives.As part of the Asset Management function, you will play a key role in ensuring property data is accurate, reliable, and aligned with compliance requirements and sustainability targets. If you are an experienced leader looking to drive positive change within the housing sector, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Property Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors.Deliver high-quality stock condition surveys in line with the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS requirements.Work closely with senior managers to plan and deliver survey programmes.Maintain data accuracy through training, quality assurance checks, benchmarking, and validation activities.Collect and analyse energy efficiency data to support SAP rating assessments.Monitor survey access rates and team performance, producing regular reports.Validate planned repair proposals and ensure associated data is accurately maintained.Promote excellent customer service and work collaboratively with neighbourhood teams to meet resident needs.This opportunity is offered on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract, working 37 hours per week.
