This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a high-volume contract. The Role You will be responsible for visiting residential properties and completing comprehensive stock condition surveys, recording the condition of key building elements and identifying any required repairs, maintenance or investment needs. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out stock condition surveys in residential properties. Assessing the condition of internal and external building components. Recording findings accurately using the required survey software/system. Identifying repairs, defects and potential future investment requirements. Taking appropriate photographic evidence.
