This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in stock condition surveys, building pathology and asset management to play a key role in supporting investment planning and maintaining high-quality housing stock. Key Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor: Carry out stock condition surveys, building surveys and specialist property inspections. Undertake damp & mould, disrepair, HHSRS and building pathology assessments. Produce technical reports, specifications, risk assessments and costed schedules of work. Validate and maintain asset data to support investment and regeneration programmes. Identify building defects and provide practical technical solutions. Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to obtain approvals and deliver projects.
