The role supports long-term asset planning, investment strategies, and contributes to maintaining decent homes for residents.About youWe are looking for someone with:Qualification in Building Surveying (e.g., HNC/HND/BSc) or equivalent experience.Knowledge of Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS, and health and safety regulations.Strong IT skills and experience using mobile survey devices.Ability to manage own workload and meet survey targets.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Why Riverside?At Riverside, we''re a housing association with a difference - enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
