This is a 6-month ongoing contract paying -300 per day inside IR35, offering the chance to play a key role in maintaining and improving a large housing and property portfolio. This role will be 3 days on site in Warwickshire and 2 days working from home. Working within an Asset Management team, you''ll be responsible for undertaking stock condition surveys, managing planned maintenance projects, and ensuring housing assets remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. This role will suit an experienced surveyor with a strong background in housing, property maintenance and project delivery. Responsibilities: Undertake stock condition surveys across residential properties and housing assets. Carry out HHSRS assessments, defect inspections and measured surveys.
