This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in assessing and improving the condition of the Council''s housing stock, supporting asset management and future investment programmes. The Role You will be responsible for: Undertaking stock condition surveys across the Council''s housing portfolio. Assessing the condition and remaining life of building components. Identifying repair, maintenance and investment requirements. Accurately recording and managing property condition data. Supporting planned maintenance and capital investment programmes. Identifying property condition, health and safety and compliance issues. Working closely with Housing, Asset Management and Repairs teams. Liaising professionally with residents during property visits. About You We are looking for someone with: Experience undertaking residential stock condition surveys.
