Stock Condition Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the South-west, who are recruiting for a Stock Conditions Surveyor on a minimum 3-month contract. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is £35.02 per hour via an Umbrella company. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock conditions surveying. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Carrying out stock condition surveys on domestic properties Identifying defects where necessary Providing recommendations and reports back to planned maintenance teams Exercising knowledge of Section 20 and First Tier Tribunal Process Experience required: Experience in stock condition surveying Experience carrying out inspections with HHSRS and decent home standard Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Comfortable working within customers'' homes Must hold a full UK Driving licence Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm flexible Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
