This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy asset management team responsible for delivering high-quality housing services and long-term investment planning across a diverse housing stock.  Your new role    As Stock Condition Surveyor, you will play a key role in collecting and maintaining accurate stock condition data to support asset management, capital investment and compliance programmes.You will undertake condition surveys across residential properties, assess building components and life cycle requirements, and ensure property information is accurately recorded within asset management systems.
