Temporary job - Stock Condition surveyor - 12-month contractStock Condition Surveyor (Temporary - 12 Months)Location: LeicestershireHybrid and Site-basedRate: £30-£32 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 12-Month Temporary ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to support the effective delivery of an asset management strategy through the collection, analysis, and utilisation of stock condition data.This role plays a key part in ensuring property assets are maintained to a high standard, supporting both short and long-term investment planning. You will carry out a variety of surveys, including Stock Condition Surveys and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments, across a diverse property portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct surveys across a range of assets including:Occupied and void residential propertiesCommercial buildingsGarages, communal areas, and public spacesUndertake stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, and related auditsAccurately record survey data using handheld technology and asset management systemsDeliver survey programmes to agreed targets and report progress regularlyProduce schedules of work and monitor completionSupport the development and delivery of planned programmes based on survey dataAssist in preparing schedules for repairs, renewals, and improvementsCommission and oversee specialist surveys where requiredAnalyse data and prepare recommendations, feasibility studies, and reports on major ..... full job details .....
