You will carry out and oversee property surveys, assess the condition of housing assets, and ensure accurate data is maintained to support long-term investment planning, regulatory compliance, and planned maintenance programmes. Key Responsibilities: Undertake stock condition surveys across residential properties and associated assets. Assess the condition of building components, estimate lifecycle costs and identify required repairs. Maintain accurate survey data, photographs and records within the asset management system. Carry out HHSRS assessments and identify health and safety risks, including damp and mould, fire safety, asbestos, gas and legionella. Produce detailed survey reports and provide recommendations for planned maintenance and capital investment programmes. Monitor survey quality and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
