You will be responsible for undertaking detailed property surveys, identifying risks, and supporting long-term investment planning. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with: Decent Homes Standard, Housing legislation, Fire Safety Regulations Conduct stock condition surveys to a high professional standard Undertake HHSRS assessments and identify potential hazards Carry out fire door inspections and support building safety compliance Identify and escalate risks including damp, mould, structural issues and health & safety concerns Maintain accurate records using asset management systems Contribute to asset investment planning and lifecycle management Support estate inspections and ensure follow-up actions are completed Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a...
