Key Responsibilities: Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. EPC assessments- Assess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms. About the Role: Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided). Complete 8-10 surveys per day. Training on the software provided. Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks). Ideal Candidates: -Experience in stock condition surveying. ( a must) -Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets). -Experience in energy. -Familiarity with the HHSRS system -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
