  • Uploading completed surveys promptly into the asset management system to support investment planning and regulatory reporting.
  • Supporting the council''s responsibilities under Awaab''s Law, ensuring timely and accurate recording of damp, mould, and housing hazards.
What we''re looking for
  • Experience in housing, building surveying, property maintenance, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of construction, property defects, and compliance standards within social housing.
  • Awareness of frameworks such as Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS, PAS 2035, and EPC/RdSAP (training provided).
  • Ability to use survey tools, mobile devices, and asset management software confidently.

  • The chance to directly contribute to safe, sustainable, and compliant housing for local residents.
  • A supportive team environment where your work has a tangible impact.
