1st Select are currently working in partnership with a Consultancy who have won a considerable sized contract in and around Derbyshire.

We are currently looking for 4-Stock Condition Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties throughout Derbyshire.-

Requirements for this role:

• Knowledge of using handheld devices (Tablet PC)
• HHSRS Experience
• Stock Condition surveying experience- -
• RDSAP Experience

This is a 3-month contract-contract with the possibility of leading on work!-
