We are looking for a Stock Condition Manager to oversee a professional, responsive, compliant property surveying service that meets annual targets. A team that monitors and inspects our assets, collecting the information to ensure that our homes are fit for our residents.Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for surveying homes, blocks, and various other building assets.Ensure survey findings are put into reports that offer recommendations and conclusions, and monitor targets and report performance.Plan and conduct surveys, interpret information and record stock condition information as a basis for investment programmes.Qualifications

Sound knowledge of the Decent Homes standard, HHSRS and EPC guidelines.Experience with asset management databases.Customer service is fundamental; ability to be assertive whilst empathetic in managing resident expectations in line with our Asset Management Strategy and the Decent Homes Standard.About the employer
